Since 1989, Peacework has endeavored to create a more just and equitable world by cultivating reciprocal partnerships with communities around the globe to address issues of social and economic disparity.

Peacework volunteer projects directly link the goals of indigenous organizations and grassroots community groups to the resources and expertise of partner volunteer groups in the United States. We strive to maximize the resource potential and expertise within our partner universities, institutions, corporations, and professional associations. Our programs are participatory in nature and are driven by the needs and voice of our community partners.
